Free Herbal Monograph
Are you unsure about what an Herbal Monograph is?
Herbalism students use an herbal monograph to document what they are learning about medicinal herbs. The monograph is a detailed profile or report about a specific herb. It gives important information about the herb, such as:
What the herb looks like, where it grows, the benefits of using it, warnings and so much more!
Think of it as a fact sheet that helps you understand everything you need to know about a particular herb. These monographs can then be compiled into a binder to build your own Materia Medica, which is a body of knowledge that describes how plants can be used for healing purposes.
Starting your herbal journey can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! Yes, there are oodles of herbs, with many actions, properties, and so much to remember, but I have what every herbalist in the making needs to stay organized!
Building your own herbal Materia Medica (ONE herb a time) is the best way to build your knowledge and confidence.
I created this Herbal Monograph for my own personal studies and now I am sharing it with you! Print as many as you like and organize your notebook as you build your Materia Medica.
