Kitchen Herbalism Series

This series introduces students to the world of kitchen herbalism by exploring familiar herbs and spices with medicinal uses. Through engaging activities and guided tastings, students will learn how these common ingredients can support wellness. Our kitchen herbalism classes are also a great way to introduce your family to medicinal culinary herbs, encouraging healthy eating habits.

Each class includes hands-on activities and the opportunity to taste these herbs in simple dishes that are free from top allergens, as well as being vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan.

Parsley + Fennel Seeds – Gentle Digestive Support & Fluid Balance

In this class, students will learn about parsley and fennel seeds, discovering their roles in digestive and kidney health. Through hands-on activities, students will observe, taste, and compare these herbs to deepen their understanding of how they can be used. The session concludes with a tasting of “Green Garden Potato Salad,” highlighting the flavors of these kitchen staples.
